Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping within the USA generally takes
between 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier delays.
Customers will receive tracking information once orders are shipped. Please note that shipping
times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays outside of our control.
Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened items only. Customers must contact us by email within 7 days
of delivery to request a return.
For safety and wellness reasons, opened herbs, essential oils, cleaning products, and other
opened wellness items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or
incorrect.
