Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened items only. Customers must contact us by email within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
For safety and wellness reasons, opened herbs, essential oils, cleaning products, and other opened wellness items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
